Can you deliver to my neighbour if I am not home?

Yes, we can deliver to your neighbour as long as you leave a signed note on your door for the delivery driver instructing them to do so. 

Please specify which neighbour you want us to deliver to, and be sure to note that the driver is only legally allowed to deliver to: 

• The residence directly to the left or right of your property. 

• The residence directly opposite your property. 

Please also remember to add the tracking number to the note for the driver, and to sign it. 

If you do need the driver to deliver to a property that is not a direct neighbour, please get in touch as soon as possible with the new delivery address and we will do our best to arrange for your shipment to be re-routed accordingly. 

Re-routed shipments will incur a 24 - 48hr delivery delay and incur a change of address charge.
