Why have I been charged for 'Residential delivery'?
The residential delivery surcharge is a small charge that is applied by our delivery partners for parcels going to residential delivery addresses and unfortunately, we have no choice but to pass on this surcharge to our customers.
You will, however, be pleased to know that we do not pass all of this charge on to our customers. In fact, we subsidise as much of it as we can to help keep your delivery costs as low as possible.
Our delivery partners apply this surcharge to the cost of your delivery because residential addresses often require more than one delivery attempt, and this automatically increases the cost of delivery for the courier.
